Shipping Guidelines

1. Buyer should provide courier of choice before placing an order. We have 2 courier options JRS & JNT. If no courier is provided our default courier is JNT.
2. No rush shipping. Shipping is first to pay priority due to bulk orders. Usual shipping time is 3 to 4 days after payment. Usual delivery time is 1 to 3 days after shipment.
3. We will be posting tracking numbers on our social media pages once shipped.
4. You may track your parcels on the JRS & JNT courier websites. Tracking is buyer's responsibility. Track before you ask.
5. If parcel has not arrived on time frame mentioned. Please shoot us a message with a screenshot of the tracking details so we can assist you in reporting it to the courier.
6. We take no responsibility once item has been shipped. All JNT payment first parcels have free insurance for up to 500 pesos only. Additional insurance is available upon request which is 1% of order value as posted on shop rules. JRS payment first parcels additional insurance is also available upon request which is 1% of order value as well. All JNT COD parcels are fully insured.
